Karen was highly recommended to me by a family friend who had sold her home with her. My mother needed to move into an assisted living home. I live out of the state and was only able to come down for a limited amount of time. She helped with cleaning the house out, staging it, and getting rid of any of the furniture that was not needed. I had to have a new side garage door installed as well as some electrical work done. She took care off-ending the right professionals to get the job done. I could not have done this without all her help. She is fantastic and goes above and beyond to ensure the selling process is as painless as possible.
